Let's drop some spoilers for clarification:
The ribbon girl:
She is doing this not of her choice, she is in the hero's party because of family issues, the nun promised to help her with it, she will help Magnus in the final fight and get her redemption...
The hero:
Is mad, he is so blind by his madness that he will partner with the demon general to fight Magnus (he will lose)...
The nun:
Similar to the hero, she will help him to fight Magnus
Magnus:
He will have a 2 round fight with the general, in the second round, all people (including the King) will see how twisted the hero and the nun are
Magnus's love interest is
the blond busty girl, the ribbon girl (until I read) isn't, she even goes back to her village...
At the end of this arc, the hero
will face humiliation, the King could not put him in jail, due to his status, but he will be sure to inform every people in the other kingdoms what the hero has done in his kingdom and he banished him (and the nun) too...

It was a long time that I read it, I may have slipped in some details, but I think this pretty much resumes it.

Well at least this manga's going a different route (or not I haven't read everything) with throwing in the "battered wife" character. She'll never confess her love for MC until MC starts smacking her around.

Uhh, why do the translator keep translating Hero (yuusha) as Warrior?

I really hope the manga goes so far to where we see what you just described becomes a visual reality.

Already have my champagne ready.

Almost thought the MC is a naive fool for even thinking about saving those scum. Then again I the way he is conflicting whether he will save or not those shitty excuse of human being is a big plus. At least he's thinking about it and not blindly rushing to save them.

Yep, he is stupid. Nobody could have complained about it. Sure he has additional information and could try to save them, but the life as an adventurer is dangerous. Especially for fools. Their deaths will be on his mind for the rest of his life? Well, he just needs to think about how their brainless charge would have endangered his own life and sleep well afterwards.

So the hero is immortal? Beside the nun, only the more tolerable characters from his group would be gone? Okay, that is bad news. I certainly hope MC is decent enough to wait until they have been beaten and escape-teleport them then without being seen himself. The less he interacts with them, the better. They'll just complain how he screwed everything up and should compensate (compair this manga here).

And that fighter chick (ponytail/ribbon girl) is getting on my nerves. She also bickered at MC even though she should have seen, that the hero was wrong. But maybe her "finally focuses at the mission"-bs wasn't sarcastic at all, as she is too st...narrow minded. Come on. She even said the hero was right to insist on a not working strategy instead of listening to the suggested minor strategy change and called MC a quitter, while she wanted him to stay. She can't be too bright. And now she counts all the heroic deeds MC has done and is impressed. But first everyone and their grandmas had to exposition those into her face really hard, before it got through to her. And now she is, "Aw, he is still doing his best, even though he was banished from the group." She simply doesn't get the clue, that the group is the problem. Let her walk into her doom.

Edit: well, I calmed down a bit. He should use his new found advantage to save her, but shouldn't let her know it was him. The best way would be to do it in a way, she also somehow realizes she has to get out of the joint.
Maybe save her family member or something.

@botodopo I hadn't thought of that side of it. . . Good on ya'! lol.

Then again, didn't he and the other bitches in his party act a certain way to buy a sword off of the MC at one point, or something? It's been a while so I don't really remember the details. Though, I guess it'd be hard to act like a jackass when you get saved while on the verge of death.

Also holy shit I hate that girl. I don't know if she's aware of the girl the MC is with now, but I hope she finds out and gets devastated by it. What an awful bunch of characters, lol.

Hmm... Lets see.
Multiple acts of thievery including equipment? Check. (Almost every RPG)
Violence against any and all NPC? Check. (#1 Offender, Jack Russell)
Not needing to pay for food? Check. (Usually no food system in RPGs)
Forgetting about quests? Check. (Especially when you have so many side quests)

He is certainly a hero alright xD
