Don't get me wrong, I love the fanservice this chapter, the new waifu for the harem is cute, sexy and hot.
But... what was the point of her bathing in the middle of nowhere while at her base camp there was a big open bath already. Other then one of them saying ''Shes taking a bath again, she really likes open baths''
I wonder if shes just going to be the waifu for this arc or if shes going to be an permanent member later.

Anyways, I like that Sumire is actively wanting to know about him. Its a nice set up for when she realizes her feelings and starts loving him.
Also we got confirmation that Sumire isn't the only 'otherworlder' that somehow gotten there.

Does time flow differently between Earth and that world? Curry was only introduced to Japan at the onset of 20th century, so either that 'long ago' isn't so long ago or there's a discrepancy...

I think the author pulled a fast one on his publisher. He really wanted to write a bog-standard isekai story, but pitched it as a daemon girl romance. Once he secured his slot, he started doing what he originally wanted to do.
Couldn't have said it better myself.
This chapter feels even more like a Shoujo manga with Sumire as the protagonist and Eugene as her love interest than the last. Yes, even with the fanservice. We don't get even a single panel from Eugene's point of view this chapter, the guy who's supposed to be the protagonist. And while there's nothing inherently wrong with that and it's normal for perspectives to change temporarily... I don't know, it's not what I've expected from the premise, not to mention that the premise has yet to actually matter.
But for all my complaining, I'll keep reading to see where this goes. It could still be that this author has a style of storytelling I'm just not used to, so I'll try to keep an open mind about this.

It's likely just following the "multiple pov's" from the novel, which alot of novels do, just to give the idea of the other characters thinking/inner monologue/pov, which I love.

Also here are some tags the novel has:
threesome, orgy, polygamy.

Oh I can tell you right now it gets a lot more crazy once different sub plot starts opening up. It's like 5 different settings smashed together in one. I actually like it personally it's kinda interesting since its there's like multiple stories happening on their own in that world beside from the Protagonist at the same time and it's all converging to that dungeon city where the MC lives but the novel author seriously dropped the ball on his recent arc I might even say he practically ruined what he finally established but I might wait where it's going if there's a payoff.

Don't even get me started on his Dad or an upcoming friend. You could practically write a entirely different story with how wtf their life is.

I think it's best to realize now that dungeon city is like the center point of multiple settings/stories happening in the world all meeting in the city where MC lives. That's why it feels like there's two settings happening at once. It's all Protagonist POV once they laid out Sumires'
The Protagonist history is crazy as well they purposefully hide it.
