I like the reference back to Chapter 2 in the series where she had a flashback back to when she first met Murata in person and was reminded to how open-minded and accepting he was.
It's not just that this fuckass messes up and brings in other people to un-fuck his stupidity, but they can't fire him because of labor laws. He has to astronomically ruin things or be convicted of a crime before they can fire him.
