Actually it is uncomfortable. And also uncontrollable. I've experienced this a few times, and while I was at work.

I've searched about this phenomenon and it seems like it is caused by having both sleepiness and erection being controlled by what is called the parasympathetic nervous system. If you get relaxed or sleepy, as a side effect you can get erections.

yea at work would be more awful as opposed to just being woken up in the comfort of your own bed.
