Except she did no such thing?
She did not use her "noble position" to lord over the commoner girl, she instead told the commoner girl that crying just because she was defeated on something when she is the worst at everything else was nonsensical when she comes from a commoner background.
The phrasing is very badly made but she never puts her down for being a commoner.

She is not here for the academics but the connections.

This is written like a standard "commoner joins magic academy and must prove their worth to the elitist nobles" story except she is a FUCKING IMPERIAL PRINCESS.

Like, what's wrong with these people? Why is everyone getting so sassy with royalty? Who cares if she is a meathead? That can't be grounds to talk shit to her without getting into massive trouble.

Remember that they have a plot point where "Status Doesn't matter" and "They're Equals" at least within the confines of the school. Which I'm convinced only exists so that the MC can get the "Commoner Attending Elite Magic School" treatment.

Reminds me of those isekai where MC did 1000 years training in God's realm before being reincarnated and the first thing they do is enroll in a fucking school.

What we need (not) is a story that combines all the tropes:

• Truckkun Isekai
• God gives OP cheat level support skills
• Orphan. Raised in a semi-abusive situation.
• Forms a party with his childhood friends (including one arrogant hero boy and one saint girl).
• Forms party with them.
• Later gets kicked from party for being "useless" (despite actually being the reason for their success.)
• Loses confidence. Acquires an abused beastgirl slave loli. But after he cleans her up, she's beautiful and pretty OP herself. And totally dedicated to him.
• Slave loli sometimes morphs in a voluptuous big-breasted 'adult' girl. (Mostly while insistently sharing a bed with MC.)
• (MC is shy, has low self esteem, so ignores flirtations from slave loli.)
• Former party crashes and burns without his support.
• MC and slave loli go on some adventures and/or dungeon dives. Probably acquires another hot female or two at this time.
• (Current harem size: 2+)
• Despite being a highly successful adventurer, MC must enter an academy for some reason.
• There he meets the heroine, and villainess of an otome game (which he may or may not be familiar with). But it turns out that the "heroine" is a villainess reincarnator (who was previously some girl who had bullied him in his previous life). So he also meets the true heroine, who had been sidelined by the fake heroine.
• True heroine and villainess fall in love with him and join his party.
• (Current harem size: 4+.)
• MC gets involved in various school shenanigans, involving beating the fake heroine and her boy-squad (capture targets of the otome game).
• After a year, the demon lord (which had been a problem for a while), becomes a major problem. MC & Harem girls go off and fight him.
• Fake heroine gets saved by MC along the way and after apologizing for how horrible she has been, joins his harem/party.
• MC and party defeat demon lord. Who turns out to be a hot vampire loli, who is now completely in love with/subservient to him and joins his party.
• (Also some dragon girl loli joined his party somewhere during this time.)
• Kingdom celebrates his defeat of the demon lord. Then betrays and kills him for being so powerful.
• MC wakes up back in his original world. Thinks it was all a dream.
• Then realizes that he still has all his powers, and (one way or another) his full harem appears and joins him.
• Turns out that there are dungeons and monsters in the world now. (Or maybe it's a slightly parallel reality?)
• Joins a hero academy for reasons. But magic/power detection fails and he is considered weak. He repeatedly shows that he's super-OP by solving various events/crises, but everyone keeps looking down on him for being weak. (Even after rolfstomping a black dragon.)
• New heroines appear and join his party/fan club. (Current Harem count: 10?)
• Manga gets axed because it turns out that the mangaka was a pedo, who did some crazy shit and is now convicted and serving time.
