Like I get the discrimination is a gag but it's the fact he's so hard set on making her fail that makes me want him to be the buttmonkey of the academy arc. Assuming it's just an arc and not like the whole story.

The quality of a school isn't about which students attend, but the faculty and facilities and programs.

What he's actually worried about is the school's reputation. But here he is being far too pessimistic or he doesn't believe the actual quality of the school as it is. If the school he's so proud of is that great, he should be welcoming the challenge and looking forward to the greater esteem attained by turning the infamous "Armored Princess" into a proper respectably lady. The fact he tries so hard to prevent her admission shows he's been skating by on the school's historic prestige and only focused on keeping the status quo. Which means he should probably be fired, because he may be cutting corners in other aspects of managing the school.
