I feel like she's kidna like Mob from Mob Psycho, she knows she's strong with magic, but that's not Strength, she felt she wasn't buff, she wanted to have big macho msucles.

I'm not even convinced it's that TBH. Her main excuse in her past life for why she didn't consider herself strong was because she didn't have whatever blessed power her Hero companions bloodline is

She didn't actually physically train a day in her previous life and only does it in this life because she's special and most of the effort of gaining martial prowess and physical strength was just removed.

So, she really just comes off as an idiot who thinks she's pathetic in her past life for... completely lacking in a field she didn't even pursue.

The fact her mom disallowed her from serious training just means that most of the physical strength she has is natural advantages at work.

She's an idiot who only thought she was weak because she was a Caster type comparing herself to a Melee/Martial type who was likely just born that way based on what advantages being a descendant of him grant.

It's a Japanese manga. The chances of any only slightly evil antagonists of being outright destroyed are not high. Subordination is much more likely.

Yeah I certainly a good way of looking at it they are ethics and cultural view are often not only used by the MC but he kind of enforces those rules into the isekai world
