Oh shit...
She wants revenge against a kid that did nothing wrong. If you think about it, why was she the person who saw glasses? What are the odds? Was she stalking glasses for blackmail or to sucker punch her (literally or figuratively)?
It would be interesting if she was already following glasses around instead of just a random coincidence. Drama would be jucier that way 0_0
the ending of this chapter makes it more likely she knew who Glasses was and was following her around, only to stumble upon the hotel scene - I think, anyway.
She knew who Glasses was due to her ex's actions, and while it's certainly not impossible she just happened to be in the "right place right time" to catch her at the love hotel, story-writing convention would dictate that stalking her beforehand would be a tidier narrative device than "lol coincidence!"
I kinda wonder if this will evolve into an enemies-to-lovers type deal between them, though (or...if not "lovers", then "one-way/ambiguous affection" or something). She now knows Glasses is smart, and is willing to help & answer questions around study materials. I could see her exploiting that for a bit, but then coming to learn more about Glasses until she realizes just how ...I guess truly pure and innocent she is?
Or maybe Glasses finds out what "Love" is through her, and the inverse of what's currently happening (Blondie chasing/haranguing Glasses) is what happens in the end (Glasses confessing to Blondie).
