Of course, there's no bath! just where this idea that outside japan people just doesn't take a bath regulary come from?
People have taken baths 2 times a day since ancient time here!

It's a Japanese fantasy cliche. It's not really about baths, specifically. It's about the modern Japanese person introducing all sorts of inventions and cultural habits to the underdeveloped people of fantasy worlds. Much of the time those inventions are up to thousands of years old in reality, like soap, so they should be present already, but it's not like a random web or light novel author would know anything about such things, nor are they going to waste time verifying their facts. That's not the point, the point is to get easy material for the slow life chapters. At the same time it's also extremely cheap nationalism by having an originally Japanese person civilise the barbarians. If we turn back to baths specifically, the Japanese are proud of their bath/onsen culture, so I suppose it's easy to underline that by pretending nobody else in the world can appreciate hot baths like the Japanese do. If you imagine yourself in the shoes of a Japanese person, maybe it's inspiring to read, in a lowbrow manner.

This isn't exactly Nobel prize literature, haha.

Well he sure enjoy the situation quickly, despite being taken away from his family and lover...also yeah, the guy was very quick in thinking she is a typical regressed villainess, despite her saying she had repeated her life numerous times and even if she was one there's no way she wouldn't had tried not being one in those numerous loop.

Also, what make this different than the previous loops for that girl that she manage to break out of the cycle? Dying at the same time, considering how large Earth is even in the same Earth I find it quite possible 2 people died at the same time, not mentioning combining it with other worlds, are you saying in those numerous loop that never happened to her before? How did she even know that is what would've happened if another world soul died at the same time? She seems awfully quick at recognizing what had happened, was it something she was aiming for? Did she purposely caused this to get out of it, does MC also get the power to loop or had it disappear with her? I have so many questions despite knowing the author most likely won't explain any of them.

Maybe I am considering this way to seriously...

Bigoted opinions suck. Plenty of other places to share that trash "opinion". Not here. =)
ok i find that this whole plot vanish unless we ignore the fact that a grown ass man just magically gets in a litlle girl body, an infant female body lets think for a moment what kind of person would want that or even consider the implications of that. This is gender dysphoria justified by an absurd fantasy setting, and the fact that the guy had a girlfriend and family makes it even more mess up. i am willing to take some weird manga plots but this just looks like a mental disorder made manga, one of many, but it feels just wrong the more you think about it.

How would it be to live as a full male adult with an adult mind and an emotional control based on testoteron then change to a female body? putting his mind in an infant brain must have concecuences not to mention the lack of testoterone would affect his emotions and i could go on but is obvious this is just the author mess up fantasy.

Weird to not have baths; European bathing culture goes back past Japanese recorded history.

So if there were traits that Europe has had and used more and longer than anybody else, it would be tattoos, baths, and conquest. Maybe medicine, as well.

"Utzi, " the Iceman, showed evidence of all three before there were people living on the Japanese Isles.

So... hella weird to NOT have baths, if you're gonna compare it to a people who damn-near invented "bathing culture."

This is literally the opposite of what gender dysphoria is, and how it works.

Gender dysphoria is not a mental disorder in this way, either.

This is also not how growth hormones work.

In summation:
The only way to get this as wrong as you have, is to make the assumption that there is a problem with a person who is trans.
Assuming the problem is the person, and not the condition, is the difference between an honest mistake, and an intentional disapproval.

That's actually why this is called transphobic, and why nobody trusts you.

I sure fucking don't, now.

They're putting chemicals in the water that turn the frickin' isekai protagonists trans!
