Also like I mentioned before, he handled this better than Aitsu no Kanojo because for all its shortcoming, he doesn’t push his luck over investing in a single McGuffin.
Yes very true. But right, this is better than Aitsu no Kanojo, in a way.
The part about biological father? It’s just reaction about real life story where the kid just flip after knowing they’re from another man. It’s hard to imagine that kind of “my life is a lie” especially if they only found out after they grow up.
And maybe just me being cynical, but even if the adoptive father sucks, there’s no guarantee the biological father won’t suck too after he became full time.
Well yeah in real life, Experience matters more than biology. And true, if mother is smart and really loves the kid, biological father usually is worse choice to live out.
Unsure on how much they are bringing the kids. Chinami could have been meeting Takahiro while the kids are at school.
I think it depends on how Chinami sees the kid; does she see him as her son, or her son with Takahiro. The latter, she might bring him to meet his biological father. But the former, she would prefer having the double life as separate matter (the “normal” family with Fumiya, and the affair for thrill and pleasure, both are not to be mixed).
Anyway, the half sibling route will just make things more spicy if there’s a sequel for the kids though.
So that’s plus point for entertainment value. 🤣
I think Chinami sees it as latter, and she is more honest with Takahiro now than with Fumiya.

This will be beyond burning the garbage dumpster. This will become landfill firestorm.
