Since Hong Kong is more futuristic, I guess this means only Kowloon looks like it's stuck in the past. Makes sense, even in chapter 1 they said Kowloon is a nostalgic place.
I actually laughed out loud at Guen "recording" Miyuki eating the hot dog on page 12.
"You can't get rid of it, even if you tried. Nostalgia, a feeling that's the same as love". That line, over an image of Kudou watching over Kujirai, made my heart ache.
