Wouldn't Stelle be a more accurate translation since it's シュテール, while Stella would be シュテラ?

I believe that was what DeepL and Google gave me, but I cognitively struggle with names that are so close to something real, so I shifted them. Similar issue with Klaus (Klaes) and his team. Is there official English versions somewhere I could reference?

There's the light novels but that's even worse since they translated Sienna as Scena.

But Stelle is a real name, it means star and is often used as a diminutive form of Estelle. Hell, the Global release of Honkai Star Rail localized the main character who was 星, or Hoshi (also means Star), as Stelle.
