If you ignore his harem, his having a personal guard, his noble titles from multiple kingdoms, his adventurer rank, the fact he dual wields demon swords, the fact one of them is his daughter, and literally never speak to anyone in any town/region/kingdom he's saved, or even just ask about him at the adventurers guild, but yeah if you ignore all that his feats sure seem fishy indeed.

Agreed. Might as well utterly embarrass them in a quick sparing match to show his legitimacy. It doesn't matter though. In a big fight when they get overwhelmed, he can just save them.
