Can't say as I automatically associate isekai specifically with poor quality, though there is a high degree of correlation between isekai manga and manga based on light novels, the latter of which tends to be the problem more often than not.
BUT the issue here isn't one that would conventionally fall under the poor quality category, at least as far as it being a product of incompetence or low effort goes. The issue here is a matter of bizarre Japanese aesthetics. That tendency in all Japanese media to show an unusual favour towards significantly asymmetrical outfits. And I'm not talking about just having a badge on one side of a coat or a bit of extra armour on one side of the shoulder that needs protecting more, but the tendency to make things lopsided for absolutely no functional reason whatsoever. Like wearing deliberately mismatched socks of entirely different lengths, or one ripped sleeve, or decorative knick-knacks on one side of a coat with either nothing or some completely different knick-knacks on the other.
I had the same issue with a lot of the armour in Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate (and to a lesser extent World) because it was just completely mismatched left to right for an overwhelming quantity of the outfits in the game.
The particular case in this manga is even worse because the whole outfit is explicitly themed, yet one hand and one foot completely violate the aesthetic. It isn't even a complete half'n'half like Monokuma from Danganroppa, but just.... one hand and one foot. Like the entire design was MADE to trigger people with OCD.
