Infrequent Scans is really making a statement that there's no actual good reason to re-do the chapters. The quality is about the same (no complaints there), but being STILL a year behind isn't some sort of positive.

I'm sorry, but it just feels like the effort should be going into new chapters first, and then filling in when you have time.

I was so excited to see a new chapter, and... I'm going to just refind the novel again and check back on this series in like 3 years, not caring if a new chapter pops up since they are fake half the time. I lost where I was in reading it as I had caught up to translations at one point, but worth picking back up.
