While reading the novel I always imagined the bears to have a more realistic look to them. Bears can be adorable by themselves. So I am a bit disappointed. Especially with how cartoon like the house is. I would've loved a house made out of wood with both sides being a Bears open jaw while the bears look more real.

@SovietWeeb funnily I had the opposite impression. I don't think they would've been as well received if the Summoned Bears looked like real bears. Can you just imagine like, cute girls cuddling a real grizzly, claws teeth and all?

With how much everyone freaks out when they first see the summoned bears I am more inclined to believe they look real and not so cartoonist.

During Misa's birthday arc Yuna and the three girls had to convince everyone in town that her bears are safe after an incident where Yuna ran crazef through town. I can never imagine Yuna's bears would instill such fear in a whole town with the manga depictions.
