@Riger Noa and her family are nobles, that's not the same as Royalty, and they are literally getting a tour of the King's home without direct permission from him. Even the Prime Minister of the UK can't just walk in and show people around Buckingham Palace without approval.
It's like you neighbor just randomly taking you on a tour of their workplace without getting permission from their boss or the company owner.
