I feel like people misunderstand what their plans were for when they found Kumoko. They were a kill or capture squad, there were no friendship plans among the humans. This wasn't that much of a misunderstanding, the only sad thing is that they didn't give up and go home sooner.

I feel bad i remember it was a capture or kill mission. So no love , but still the burning of her home was an accident which means they never planned to burn it at first. She killed them all for a mistake.
