She refused to fall under her control, killed her children(i think the queen did not cared about their deaths but the fact that kumoko was strong enough to kill them catched her attention) and them sent parallel wills to kill her.
like, kumoko attacked the queen first.
Read the chapters before the alabada fight and before the humans coming to her house.

"Mother" is mentally linked to all of her child spiders, including kumiko. This is explained after she fights the fire dragon. Mother influenced Kumiko to have hatred against the dragon. Discovering she was, at least partly, being controlled by her mother Kumiko used this mental thread to send her 3 parallel will, intelligence in charge and the two magic in charge (iirc their name correctly) to fight Mother. Leaving only body in charge for the fight against Alaba.

Knowing who was attacking her Mother then sent other spiders to attack Kumiko's home, which she killed using teleport to throw them into the lava section of the labyrinth.

@vaur: Actually, Information-in-Charge (the original) was the one left behind in the main body. Body-in-Charge and Magic-in-Charge No. 1 and 2 were sent to attack Mother.

maybe he only writes the stories for the manga-s Princess Connect! Retar* : Dive , and The Wolf Won't Sleep , but they still consume his time .

i guess the publisher of spider manga is also responsible : in the contract , they only want less than 20 pages per month , so they dont pay the mangaka too much , and they dont push him to draw more pages . the mangaka has too much free time so he works on another 2 manga-s .
