Sooo to be clear the arbiter is the goddess who told melfina to kill mc in his past life cause he went crazy, which caused her to go crazy and she’s been so guilty over all this that she spent hundreds of years trying to bring back the crazy evil Melfina who wants to kill her and will also probably kill everyone she cares about?

Ok so I had to do abit of rereading but basically Og Mel was forced to kill Mc against her will which then drove her mad to the point she killed the goddess who gave the order. She then repeatedly killed her over and over when the Og goddess reincarnated. (God damn Spawn camping reincarnation) eventually she was seal and the system deemed her as the only viable person for the job yet cause she was Evil had to be spilt into two sides. However before being spilt im guessing she ordered the former goddess to free her and in return her suffer would end (no more spawn killing i guess) if she did.
(Honesty idk if I got all that but kinda valid crashout. Though now I'm curious how the mc is back but that probably alot more rereading I need to do later)
