I would imagine that your goddess becoming the personal summon of some dude would conflict with her other duties as goddess. And we can probably hazard a guess (based on genre and demographic) as to who/what she'd prioritize.

What kind of prince of a country would behave like that, arguing with random commoners in the middle of the street and whatnot? Maybe his country sent such an idiot away in hopes of an accident happening and the trip abroad turning out to be most permanent.
