Much conflicted. I liked this story a lot, enough to find the light novel and read as far as I could find it translated. And pretty sure I’d still enjoy the manga. But Nyango just doesn’t look quite right now, and it’s really throwing me off. I’m sure it’s supposed to be a change representing that he’s developed as a person and is becoming more competent, but I didn’t like him as some kind of adventurous Puss-In-Boots character. I liked him as some kid that was a mix between wonder and not backing down to life being unfair.

Which probably all sounds like a bunch of weird nonsense. Ehh, quibble over art. Hope it continues. Was a fun read.
