Why arE the chapters so short?

Ive noticed alot of people talking about the very short chapters and that it used to be around 20-40 pages. Well yes, the chapters are shorter but not because of covid. Though covid might have some effect, it's not the main reason why chapters are so short.

Yana-san is very busy.
Most people who avidly follow yana toboso would know that she's currently the main storyline maker and main character artist of Disney's Game: Twisted Wonderland and with the game's almost monthly events, and continuous story, she's been super busy plus the current restrictions with covid, she's probably busier than ever before.
