I mean annoying sure, but just not like absolutely unlikable. Brigid is only mildly a shithead. Shes like the Soldier from TF2, That said shes very true to her self and motives and I respect her commitment to the bit. (Besides in the whole swimming arc, shes the only one who thought to ask for help. Shes not always the dullest knife in the drawer... but shes sometimes the sharpest brick)

Noah is obnoxious but not unlikable so. She can be abrasive due to her laugh at everything mentality, but she herself points out thats a measured response to seeing the absolute worst of humanity for so long. That said she is is the kinda "tell it as it is" friend you'd want backing you up in life or a barfight.

Anemo... I dunno just rubbed me wrong from the getgo she seemed like a unlikable catty fuckface from the get go. Shes deffo dedicated to the job but she clearly has no respect for her co-workers. She reminds me of one of those losers who brown-nosed their way through life, got their MBA and now dont even see them as people or friends but mobile assets of the company.
