At this point, I can only assume they think NTR is the whole shebang: Guy takes your girl, fucks her in front of you, cums on your face, makes you clean him up, then walks away with her, never to be seen- but not before she tells you how much better he is and how she never loved you. It's looking like the author's on the cusp of overplaying his hand, if he hasn't already, for the "fakeout" angle. It's not literally the worst case of this I've seen, but it's right up there. My suspension of disbelief is crumbling.
