It seems strange to me that Kogahara never considers that Akiyoshi and Lemon may be connected in a deeper, metaphysical way due to the body swap thing; she's normalized the body swaps way too much. I mean, what are the implications here, that souls are real? That magic is possible? Are they star-crossed lovers destined to be together? Is there a higher being that decides these things?

at this point I think throuple has unironic merit. Becsuse the author clearly wants to show there is no bad feelingsbetween Kogahara and Lemon, AND both Lemon and Kogahara definitely are sorting out their feelings to like Sunao more.

Yeah I hear you on this but this manga was never that deep. In something like Bunny Girl Senpai this would take up a whole volume. This manga has never really gone too much into how it works or what it implies and it most likely never will. Only thing it does really is give Lemon a major advantage over Kogahara from the start.

Facts. Both Lemon and Koga are basically the same character archetype. The “You go and be happy and I’ll be over here with my feelings.” you see in every romance manga. So whoever wins we’ll have a sad chapter and it’ll be sunshine & rainbows in the next one and they’ll all be friends.
