Looking forward to see how Lemon still ends up winning and Kogahara sits in the cuck chair.
Thing is with Lemon it’s the easy choice. That’s another lesson I think that this manga shows, taking the easy way isn’t always the best. Upon re-reading the entire manga the last couple days Koga could definitely use more time. If she doesn’t get it though I’ll be fine because it’s not her story. This has always been about Lemon & Sunao reestablishing their bond. Of course him getting back with Lemon would be ideal. She already has years of both platonic and dating experience with him. We have to give Koga time for that to happen. Why hasn’t it happened yet? We needed Sunao and Lemon to be on the same page and now they are.Took quite a few chapters but we’ve finally reached it. Now Koga & Sunao can have their time to start forging their own bond. If we see it great, if we don’t it’s still great. To walk back this phenomenal rejection would certainly be a choice and I think it would be a bad one.Yeah, they’re done. I also experienced a similar situation, once you confess to someone to move on, you move on. Lemon is pretty much made up her mind before this I don’t think they can’t go back together either unless it’s something like starting over from the beginning. It’s just such a shame. With Lemon it’s like they’re married couple already but with Koga it’s just like they still in the phase of seeing everything with rose tinted lens, it might go well or it might not. That’s why I think Lemon is a better choice long term. Still wish they all happy though.
HAIL LEMONKOGACOPERS ENJOY YOUR TIME IN THE SUN, JUST REMEMBER WHOS NAME IS IN THE TITLE
I know the current development is what a lot of people hope for because theres a faction of readers who think like "the main heroine has been too indecisive, or wronged the man in some way, she doesn't deserve to win"
Nowhere in the 96 chapters does Lemon indicate she feels no remorse for what she's done. You can't read.It has 96 chapters, I bet you don't remember 90% of the content of the chapters, every trope involves body swapping and dragging out the mystery of why she did it. It focuses on lemon scenes and little Kogana development
And most importantly, regarding Limão's statement, you don't see her in some phrase like "I regret what I did, I could go back in time and I would do things differently, today I am more aware of my feelings," I don't know, anything that refers to chapter 1 where all the drama in these 96 chapters revolves.
I don't think Kogahara necessarily needs more screen time. I quite like the idea of this being a story about Lemon, but a side-character "gets the boy" instead of her. Breaks a few molds in a neat way.Thing is with Lemon it’s the easy choice. That’s another lesson I think that this manga shows, taking the easy way isn’t always the best. After re-reading the series up until now I completely agree. It would genuinely make this unique among the sea of status quo romances. Lemon winning is fine but it would just be boring to me. Especially after that phenomenally mature confession & rejection we just got.I don't think Kogahara necessarily needs more screen time.
