My interpretation is there's severe consequences if she DOESN'T make him adequately happy and she hates the situation she got stuck in
She openly admits to saying things she knows will please him and agreeing to go on 'little dates' with him. This isn't just being nice—she's aware of his intentions and is actively engaging in the behavior he's pursuing. She could be kind without encouraging him this way. And while I understand you might not take her words literally, given the limited information about her family situation, we can only interpret her actions based on her own words.
3rd january can't come soon enoughHebikawa will get more screentime, even the author has given the preview of Suzuki finding Hebikawa looking sickly and obviously he'll take her to her house.
Not gonna lie, it would be kind of funny if author would pull off "this is just prologue introducing the real MC of the series from the POV of audience insert protagonist. Now let me tell you the story of Snake Girl, of her fall and her redemption" like she's some snake-eyed Grinch. Or pull a "Kakegurui", where the real MC is not the POV protagonist, but the girl he helps sometime.I wonder if the author will introduce some plot for Kusunoki because right now, even though she's the title character and obviously the girl the MC will end up with, she's just been along for the ride while the plot has been between the MC and Habikawa.
Hell, all Hebikawa needs to practically be the protagonist is to become the POV character. She's shown up on almost every chapter, even those where the male MC barely showed up (the shopping ones).
The switch needs to happen when Hebikawa kisses Kusunoki as Keisuke walks in on themNot gonna lie, it would be kind of funny if author would pull off "this is just prologue introducing the real MC of the series from the POV of audience insert protagonist. Now let me tell you the story of Snake Girl, of her fall and her redemption" like she's some snake-eyed Grinch.
I don't think she actually has any control over this situation. She is just lying to MC to make him believe this is her doing.Calls that old guy disgusting, but hate to tell you you're also* disgusting 😐.. (Wrote without thinking, which made it come across differently than intended, apologies)
What he does is 100% wrong, but honestly she's provoking something to happen, wouldn't feel sorry for her honestly
The what nowKeisuke is getting close to reawakening his herpetophilia
How in the hell did Naruto Fumiaki write Koisuru Metronome and... That? It's not as dire as I made it sound, but here you go:
“A Highschool girl was kinda mean to the MC in middle school and therefore deserves to be preyed on by her mom’s boyfriend”. I hate this site.Oh no, the snake girl who shit on people because of some bad girl was mean to her when she was little, is now playing some dangerous game with bad adults, and that makes her do some sad smiles, what a tragedy
Honestly, mc should not care about her at all. She did that to herself, she could’ve talk with her mom or sumn. I just hope that Kusunoki will see him caring about hebikawa, and will get jealous about it. That’s the sole good thing that can come from this shit
