The smell of medicinal alcohol is very divisive. Some people like it, some hate it. Largely depends on your perception of hospitals. But there's also a difference whether it's pure alcohol smell, like smelling it directly on your hands after using sanitizer, and the smell at hospitals which is mixed with quite a few other things.

Nurse lady is quite the harsh one. But that's what keeps the place in order.
