I'm a depressed loner, too, and I've gone out of my way to remove "friends" like Hinata from my life.

Like I said in the previous comment, being alone sucks, but it's infinitely better than being "friends" with someone who is deliberately hurting you. If you're gonna be depressed and lonely anyway, you may as well do it without being mistreated by someone who claims to be your friend.

This looks like a frame from a 50s-60s Hollywood movie traced, or rather, "mangaified" with the use of AI.
But also if you look at the dithering patterns elsewhere in the image, they look equally as smudgy. The other upload was of lower resolution, so it could be that the uploader used like a Waifu2x or similar to upscale the low-res raws, and so the whole AI look is a consequence of that. The frame doesn't look nowhere near as suspicious in the other upload
