That's what I thought, too, basically the same scene. If it gets big on social media and ends up being a well-liked concept, similar stories might start piling up.
I don't know about that, though. As far as I thought, readers weren't fond of dense protagonists or oblivious love interests, and this concept does both.

People will read anything that they can self-insert into

But do people hate if both of the dense? I think it will be an interesting story for both of them to navigate love or reach an agrement that satisfy them

But if one of them is dense i can see why people hate them, especially if it is harem manga.

Who knows, it's quite an unexplored pairing. What I do know is that people like progress: two characters awkwardly inching closer and getting into cute situations until they become a proper couple, preferably within a couple dozen chapters, not hundreds.
When two characters are already close but completely passive, how do you progress from that? Sounds like a nice setup for comedy, but not necessarily for romance.
