Does this extends his life span? If it did that'd be a real deal breaker for me, It'd be miserable having to out living all of my family and friends. A few extra decades would be nice but I don't think I'll ever be able to understand people that want to live forever.

Highly likely he would live for hundreds of years, just like the big bird.

Question is, whether he would grow up or would he stay a Shota?

As for MC, he is a recluse type, so while he would feel sad when his friends live him behind, he would probably live on as long as he could keep drawing.
