I mean yuni seems to be in a bad place she’s not making real choices, that’s not a very good excuse for what she’s done but she’s being taken advantage of and goaded into this.
I feel yuni and Fuuka are the bad guys here but Nana isn’t free of blame, she holds a very small part of it.

Honestly I expected better of yuni. She should break up with Nana or should’ve made her frustrations clear at the start. She played a stupid game lost and proceeded to betray Nana as a way to punish her, for a crime she didn’t commit intentionally. Nana clearly has a lot going on in her life and wants to balance it all, she’s done a bad job but is getting told she’s doing a good job and so she’s not tried to fix it.
This is mainly nanas fault, sure maybe Nana should’ve realised it on her own, but she has a lot on her plate. I, rooting for Nana to find someone better and less unstable.
