Yeah, the most important part about where your seat is: How much of a main character are you?

That aspiration may or may not be hard. It depends on your standards for the girlfriend part.

She did tell him to look at her... And he looked. And he liked what he saw.

This was one of the most non-endings I've seen lately. It's like the creator just suddenly

damn; it feels as if this manga ended too soon; it was fun while it lasted; reminds me of "danshi koukousei no nichijou" in more ways than one; wasn't the ending also similarly open-ended?

Still got cockblocked in the end by the author. Pretty disappointing ending.

This last chapter doesn't differ much from any other. Feels like abrupt ending.
Well, anyway thanks and congrats on finishing this series. This was a nice ride

At least I've never missed hints like this.

....I hope.
I doubt many of us have missed hints as direct as Honobe's were. That takes some neutronium level denseness to miss. Since that one chapter he seemed to pick up on her double entendre hints at offering to have sex with him, but still shot her down, I suspect he's simply not interested in her. Tsundere delinquent girl wasn't direct enough, so I can see why he missed her hints.

When it comes to the more subtle ones, I'm sure every single one of us has missed out on hints like those, probably multiple times. Hints that fall between obvious-as-hell like Honobe and subtle are trickier. Many of us have missed out on those, sometimes realizing just a few minutes too late what they were. They're harder to miss entirely, although I'm sure every single character in this manga would manage to.

Honestly it was a pretty good light read. Even if the romance didn't go anywhere. But that obviously wasn't the focus despite many people wanting it to be.

That being said tomboy Better.

It ended how it started, with a draw...

It was a pretty good story, despite people telling otherwise, it revolved around opportunities and lack of communication, since all interactions would end when both characters took their time explaining their motivation, even Ooedo with her lack of confidence could properly express herself if Uchiura also continue to finish where he started, but that would end the story on first volume...

Wish the story would continue a lot longer, there was little to none character growth:

Honobe - kuundere, difficult to read even if giving straightforward reasons, can't really blame Kusano because he always felt like she was just teasing him.

Kusano - with growing up around people who gave away dubious affections, his ability to read the room was zero to none, only if be could master the art of Communication Is The Key™ things would end on chapter one.

Amazuma - typical tsundere, her intentions were clear, but switching to being anxious about the situation gave away a totally different outcome.

Ooedo - fuandere, really sad that whenever she was around Uchiura, her internal battle to express herself stopped moving forward, despite his clear intentions.

Uchiura - not enough of his interactions with Ooedo, but he at least tried to act "smooth", unfortunately her timidness and anxiety prevent to make any progress.

Shame that author didn't make any progress, sticking to comedic takes, it's what was initially a point of the story but without any advancement it became stale, reason why it probably got axed...

7/10 shame there wasn't any progress...
