I dont see him dying or anything, but considering the whole vibe of this manga.
Wouldnt surprise me if he ends up like some sort of mindless slave of Saeko doing anything she asks just for a little of her affection. It would surprise me a lot if Saeko doesn't eventually manipulates him into possibly kill his own father, mother or Karen.
