@Rice because at the time this was translated there is only one arc , yuu > kei x you then bad end . Approximately a year later they released a tanku volume which starts the yuu x satomi arc but only on jap's manga platform called mangawalker or something . cmiiw , afaik this ends in 5th volume . so as far as publication status concerned yes it is completed .
