Wtf is a helmet going to do for falling from that height? That is just a stupid excuse to generate a small amount of income for the city and to become a plot device.
Also, does this guy, who likely is on his way to fight the terrorists and save the royal hostages, even have the time to give a ticket for a helmet violation?

@Mick96 oh i though that he is just fill with another kind of power than magic. so when they are looking for magic in him there is non. but its doesnt mean that he has no power.
his father is the same, he cant use ''regular magic'' Mc`s potential was never explored, because father thought it wasnt necessary. knowing his past, father dont want him to end up as him. people may call him a hero, but he is still a murderer.

@ShionVaynex it is confirmed MC is considered “human” however the blood of other race affects most of the constitution of MC. MC already abnormally resilient to begin with as previous chapters mentioned thanks to the father inheritance. Other than that, he is also diagnosed with congenital magic disfunction which mean he didn’t get any magical power from the mother. Her sister looks like an academic studying magic on my short observation. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

Okay, so that entire family is just permanently chill. Also what’s up with his sister? Is she a goddess or something? She struck someone with lightning and burnt them to a crisp from how far away? She wasn’t even in sight of the persona and I (assumed) was just watching it live on tv somewhere and talking on the phone. She couldn’t have even known the location. What, so she can just kill anyone with a thought? Pretty scary
@U235 to be fair this is actually fairly reasonable. The MC was raised in an OP family without anyone mentioning they were legendary or having a large circle to compare them to. Not to mention he’s been granted with a ton of protections since birth. He’s never known danger. That makes it VERY easy to lose touch with reality and can actually have a pretty negative effect one a child’s development. As humans we NEED to experience pain. It’s our body’s way (and the only way we’ll learn) to understand danger and feel the necessary fear to survive situations (really that goes for any living thing; if too sheltered they’ll walk head first into their own demise). I mean just here none of the attacks (which were made specifically against him) even came close to working and the second someone insults him his sister zaps them to a burnt crisp like she’s Zeus. Growing up in that kind of environment the main character can ONLY make bad choices in a dangerous situation. Actually there’s a whole Black Mirror episode with a similar premise that focuses on the negative psychological effects that type of childhood (or life) can have on someone. If we censore things too much and don’t let kids experience pain or danger, they simply won’t develop with the necessary knowledge to survive. If all his protections and family suddenly went away this mc would be dead in seconds (which isn’t something we’d get here as it’s a comedy and light hearted)

No, he can't use magic due other reasons, his father while can't use most magic due to his races have poor magic control he does have mana in his body.
However, MC has none of it which under normal circumstances impossible.

Reason MC loses his Mana because when he is 2 years old he died thanks to the devil women. Not that he even remember it though, as he is too young back then. In order to revive him, his father did a forbidden ritual, at a cost of MC mana, and in exchange, MC obtained the ability to utilize his life forces instead.
