For the name of the town, it depends on how the kana are written. I see mistakes in name translation all the time, many half-hearted attempts tend to bug me, but simple errors are understandable.

With only "Arra" to go by, I imagine it could possibly be spelled a few ways in kana. アラ, which would likely become a simple "Ara" that I doubt, but could work as "Arra"; アーラ, which would most likely translate to "Arla" in Roman alphanumerics; or perhaps アッラ, which would be "Arra" with a particular emphasis on the R sound.

Granted, this is the opinion and understanding of a non-native speaker with no formal education in Japanese language, just years of anime and manga consumption and comparison, so take what I've said with at least a grain of salt. However, I'd like to think a couple decades or so would give me a fair understanding of how names work.

The art's good, the story's been nothing but stupid. The mc is in charge. She should've figured that out by now. "We're going undercover into a human settlement. Don't cause fukn problems. Neither of us knows how their society works, so we have to figure it out along the way, and play it low-key. Again, don't cause me fukn problems!" How fukn hard is that to get across? Ya think the stupid, overly enraged dragon would be okay with that answer? That's a big fukn "YUP!" The mc's actions, the way he handles things, feels completely unnatural (cuz it is) and lead by a shitty writer. Hopefully it gets better as it progress bcuz this has been a pretty rocky start.
