I mean, we know that MC's original body is an Undead now (under Demon Lord control) with original Takeru's soul in it.

So at the end, either

• MC has to die to restore original Takeru to his original body, or
• let original Takeru die so that he could survive, or
• original Takeru returns to his own body, while MC is sent back to his original timeline in the past as if he was never Isekai'ed, aka., back to the time when he used to be bullied

Aka., most of the possible scenario points to the fact that all these happy times would be like a dream to MC.

Yes. He's all the time feeling like he's living a life that doesn't belong to him. It's made even worse by the original Takeru's acquaintances, who recognise he's not who he's supposed to be, and naturally (presumably) would like the situation to be fixed. The fact they are polite and understanding about it might make it even worse for the MC, emotionally, seeing how he's a good guy.

Well so far the series haven't really talked about Resurrection.
And if MC has the option to revive, he would first revive Edelweiss (assuming she is dead).

Reviving the body doesn't really fix stuff much, as the body doesn't really belong to the world. Aka., when the whole situation is solved, if MC stays alive, he would become a big anomaly because of his powers, which eventually could repeat the stuff that happened in the past (aka., his execution after he defeated the Demon Lord).

So, MC would either have to (assuming he is able to stay alive),

• permanently stay in the Isekai World leaving behind his new friends (which wouldn't be that bad if Edelweiss is there).
  
• probably would have to return to his original timeline as he can't stay in the current timeline because of sharing OG Takeru's body (probably since MC & OG Takeru are related somehow, so both can't exist alive on Earth in the same timeline), though this could turn into a good ending (probably not for MC though), as returning to the past would allow MC to fix the timeline so that his future friends wouldn't have had that rough life, like Sakura not losing her parents, or Kikyou's Sister & Family members still being alive, etc.
  
• might have to give up his powers, and if he does that, there is no gareentee he would have a easy happy life (if he stays in the future, people who want revenge on MC like probably that Snake guy might target him; and if he goes back to the past without powers he would again be targeted by his bullies, though one can say that he would be now mentally strong enough to handle them even without powers).

MC isn't currently at the level of relationship with any of the girls to get those "swimsuit come off" cliche.

The only one with whom MC would have had that kind-off cliche is Edelweiss.

He did got "mixed hot spring mistake" Cliche with both Edelweiss and Kikyou.

With Edelweiss he got caught and punished, thus fulfilling the whole cliche.

But with Kikyou, even though he got caught, she accepted that the situation was an accident. Aka., it didn't complete the cliche.
