I have a feeling that he's from the other world that has been either converted or corrupted.

General Grado, Introduced all the way back in Chapter 8, pages 6-14. With a short flashback to him, Chapter 51 pg 2-3. Self proclaimed surrogate grandpa. One of the few earnest people Takeru actually grew close with. But based on that magic/curse pattern on him, there might be nothing left of the General in that body. New Takeru only had half growth onto his face.

I'm still thinking that the saintess is Demon Queen. As the transition between the panel with the saintess and the return of the demons in the flashback was a bit too sudden. Like there was a detail of the account that was skipped over. Could explain why the demons are so obsessed with him, as the saintess was clearly romantically interested in him, and was extremely distraught at the sight of him being executed.

For all those questioning it, the guy at the end is the general that trained him in the other world and he formed a very close bond with, akin to grandfather and grandson.

Being said, the demons really are about to seriously wipe themselves out. If reason stands, chances are that he was holding back when he beat the demon lord and the inly reason his grade A crash out against the generals wasn't a total wipe for them is because his body is still acclimating to his power.

These idiots are literally playing with something that has eminence in shadow levels of nuking potential. If they zombified his waifu then nothing in any world will save them.
