He could have done that after they started fighting, sure. But he could also have simply done that before they started talking, or during..

I know it's needed for pacing, but it always annoys me when the OP character is playing with enemies and lets them pull out their trump cards and shit for no reason. He doesn't need anything from them. He's in a locked space, with no witnesses, just go atomic on their asses with the first strike and go home.

I had a feeling he'd already have the cure to whatever poison they used on his parents, I'm still unsure how hardcore he's gonna go on this guy though. Like it'd make sense to just kill everyone there and let bygones be bygones, but he could prob just as easily like mind break them or just erase their memories or something.

Truth be told I would've liked it better if he had just like asked the hunter girl or the spear guy for help as that would really reinforce his whole "i really don't wanna get involved" mentality and also maybe strengthen the lesson of relying on people instead of going at it alone or something. Still hyped for next chapter though

this good enough for me, ive seen a few of isekai manga where MC back to his own world but op ability still in MC body, good concept but they the build up is soooooooooooo long also the fight is very annoying to read like "suprise > i got you > suprise > i got you > suprise > i got you!" keep doing that over and over while act strong for few chapter that separate it into 4 parts.
This manga Kyuuseshu are good to the point when its time to get good, i like it its simple.

Want another good isekai manga can try Tsuihousareru Tabi ni Skill wo Te ni Ireta Ore ga. i wont spoil anything but the artstyle and story look pretty good
