have you read this author's other works? he likes to write stories where women commit sexual acts with each other but inevitably end up back to their hetero lives anyway. Virgin's Empire started out as a fetish for high school girls and even til now, majority of the "couples" in that story are just for teasing. the rest of his other works are the same story where the main protag is sexually frustrated, sleeps with a woman, then goes back to her normal, hetero life. that's what'll happen with this story where he'll try to write it off as "bittersweet" that they couldn't be together.
