Y'all must be new to otome, Amnesia has an age 12 rating, and most of the bad endings involve the mc getting killed. One route has a character drug the mc and lock in her cage to prevent her from leaving her house.

@gianoria I played a ton of otoges on my phone when I was roughly 13, and that's seems par for the course. Actually the double suicide ending is a little....but I've definitely gotten a suicide ending and the pet line. I don't remember which game, I think it was the pink haired guy in the Ninja game???
The fact that they're so obviously anime boys makes it less traumatic
