But... since when the MC of an otoge must be "[...] is a clumsy, cutesy, commoner."? I mean that for sure is very common in otoge but it ain't like other types of MC don't exist, it's just that most games choose this kind since they tend to be easier to write and easier for player to relate with, not all games have this kind of protag.
And she is indeed in the shoes of the MC of the 'Lady Rose' game, and has been trained like a noble who would be the queen like the NonReincarnated-MC of the game would be in her backstory. Also she is only not engaged anymore to the crown prince because of her plan, and she also is only alone because she refused all flags, to deny being stuck to the game routes. So she is indeed without a doubt the current MC of the game even if she kind of overwrote the "original" one when she reincarnated, the dudes are even going after her even though she ignored all flags because of the MCness she has and because the world is trying to keep "fate", keep the game in one of the various capture routes, and the capture targets keep going after her even after the "Bad End".
Her being a person from our world and not being competent despite the training and reincarnation would be extremely weird, specially since we have not much idea how the NonReincarnated-MC acted and her personality tho. o3o
