@Secuthar Rosemond being in a mutual relationship with Lucio and being discriminated against for her low status does not make her the "villainess".
It's her trying to pick a fight with Patrizia when the latter has clearly shown that she has no interest in getting involved with her. She's trying to sabotage the dinner, which would break the nation's relations with the envoys and bring diplomatic disaster. She's so blinded by her desire to become queen that she doesn't realise/ignores that her actions would not only bring serious repercussions on Patrizia, but her beloved Lucio. That's why she's the "villainess" in this story.
