Wtf with languages? It's russian translate, but showing Arabic or Ukraine flag near chapter

@Tsumili We added Norwegian a few hours ago, and as a result had to update the image that the flags use. The CloudFlare cache for the image was cleared, but your local cache may be sticking on to the old image, which throws the flags off.

If a ctrl+F5 doesn't fix the issue, it should go away on its own sooner or later.
