since solo levelling is not the first story to use the dungeons (or monsters) start appearing on earth, it's not a copy of solo levelling. solo levelling copied it from others. and the fact that he was able to use the phone can technically be explained in many ways (but it probably won't be) for example, how phones work is similar to specific magic like a status screen, or mc has high intelligence and was able to figure it out fast and it just wasn't shown, or while mc doesn't have her memories he does have her muscle memory.
