We can closely count it. He needed 20 day to first reset his level and was there for 20 year.
Since not just his but the mobs lvl was reseted too he probably needed to kill the same amount to reset every time.
Which means, if 3week is 5lvl, then 1year is 17×5 (here we already underastimate it, but in the end doesnt matter)
So 20 year is somewhere around 1700...
Which is pretty close to what we can see at his secret stats at the guild, as at the beginning we see that they are only going up by 1 or 2/lvl.
Of course its ridiculusly high, but seeing how low amount of xp he got compared the necessary for lvl up its not seems like as a bad estimation.
