i really like this one because personally i dont like "v shaped" poly relationships because it makes me sad to think about, but triangle poly relationships on the other hand i find really cute so to read a manga where they switch from one to the other was great.

Dude's just making up a whole nother story, there was no implication of two timing (this is literally a poly anthology, not a cheating anthology, poly implies they talked it out and decided on this relationship together), and there isn't much in the way of chemistry in general its 10 pages focused on this one interaction between two of them obviously its not gonna get super into the chemistry with the third.

?? This is a poly anthology, if you don't wanna see poly relationships then don't read it. They literally said so many times that all of them are in a relationship, there is no two-timing here. Poly relationships can work in different ways, this is just one of them.
