It was the shock to no one that most of them would disregard that closing meeting so of course Kitami is taking the task to handle it. I can't help but feel that Kitami might've been planning to get revenge but didn't have the assurance or couldn't be committed to do it until Tojo's reappearance. Also when I look at page 22, only 2 of her classmates aren't crossed out since they were the few that might escape her wrath (for now). Hope the teacher loses everything. The two that aren't crossed out almost make me wonder if they're in on this plan and might be handling the other machinations behind the scenes and might even be the reason why Kitami is also on the list, but I guess we'll see.

Edit: Also Kitami is the one that plants the idea that idol fans will kill people that bully idols? Interesting.

It's no one else in the class, because the class would have seen them moving and talking for the avatar.

It could be a random unintroduced character but the mother was Chekov's Gunned.

The mother probably read her daughter's yearbook and figured it out.

Using a avatar to threaten the kids also fits the mother being bedridden.

sensei is dumb, how many times now did the villain confess while being recorded? i tell you, far too many times

some faces are completely obliterated under the marker, whereas most are simply X'd out.
And the faces that are fully scribbled on, by my reckoning, are those who were directly involved in her torture and/or were the instigators/ringleaders. The "DIE DIE" is also over most of those, plus the Teacher, as well.

Could be the X'd out people will get some form of "lesser" revenge whereas the Main Villains will get the Biblical Treatment. Kitami not being one of that latter group, makes me wonder what all will befall him. Like, the X'd out simply let the bullying happen. Not innocent by any means, but it remains to be seen whether Himari will differentiate in what she subjects them to (and she has left the two who tried to talk to the sensei before unmarred, so it seems apparent she's aware of who did or didn't do what).

The fact the characters keep questioning whether its Himari or not, makes me thing it is actually her. Like the author is trying to mislead us.
